The required documents & age depend upon the courses, universities, rules & regulations of the foreign country and homeland country, embassy of that country in the homeland country of a student or person. A list of the required documents are as follows:
- Valid passport.
- Valid national identity card’s attested photocopies.
- Fresh passport size pictures.
- Original attested police clearance certificate (no criminal record certificate).
- Original medical fitness certificate from the concerned hospital.
- Valid study visa obtained from the embassy of the desired country.
- Attested secondary school certificate (SSC), higher secondary school certificate (HSSC) from the concerned examination boards & foreign affairs department of the homeland country.
- Attested secondary school certificate (SSC) with science subject & higher secondary school certificate (HSSC) with biology, chemistry, physics (i.e. Pre-medical) for medical graduation from Pakistan & India.
- Attested secondary school certificate (SSC) & higher secondary certificate (HSSC) with mathematics, chemistry, physics (i.e. Pre-engineering) for engineering graduation from Pakistan & India.
- Attested secondary school certificate (SSC) i.e. 10 years of education with science or arts subject from countries other than Pakistan & India according to the rules & regulations of those countries. The certificates should be attested from the concerned examination boards and foreign affairs department of the homeland country.
- Documents required for student or any person who just wants to study language course of the desired country depends upon the rules & regulations of the foreign universities, country, foreign embassy in the homeland country.
- Admission form of the desired institute filled by the student through GSM Education Network.
- Study invitation letter from the foreign ministry of the desired country to obtain visa through GSM Education Network.
- Study visa application form filled by the student to submit in the embassy of the desired country in the homeland country of that student through GSM Education Network.
- No bank statement or minimum bank statement for submission in embassy for the confirmation of affording tuition fee (maximum embassies do not require the bank statement).
- 4 set of photocopies of valid passport, national identity card, police clearance certificate, medical fitness certificate, SSC, HSSC as mentioned above.
- Age of the students depends upon the courses for which he apply and rules & regulations of the homeland country.
